Cake sale - the Red Cross

For our charity work this half term we decided to hold a Bake Sale based on the voices and vision that came through our children into our school council meeting.

The children participated in non-school uniform and there were more baked donations that children in our school! The cake sale raised an incredible £403! It was fantastic to see so many of you and we can’t believe the line went all the way through the KS2 playground and round the outside of our school!

Thank you so much for your patience and generosity! Proceeds will be going to Red Cross to support those caught in recent natural disasters. Any tubs and boxes will be able to be collected from your class teacher. Thank you all for your donations. We are overwhelmed by your generosity and community spirit.

Any remaining baked good donations have been taken to the Two Saints homeless shelter on Millbrook Road by our staff team.
