EYFS Pip and Pap Parent Workshop:

Reception parents and pupils enjoyed a fun Pip and Pap Phonics workshop together yesterday, reading the Orange Phase story "The Pink Pot!"

Pupils taught their parents the sounds, /g/, /o/, /c/ and /k/ before reading the story together, blending words such as 'pot', 'pink', 'tag' and 'kid'. They read sentences such as "Pip did it!" with beautiful expression! 

As part of the session, pupils and parents made their own 'pink pots' to take home!
