Weekly round up: 20th January

Community

This week term we have been welcoming new faces to Mansel Park! We welcome 2 year olds into our Nursery, as well as children from other schools to our Mansel Park family. We are incredibly pleased to have you join our family and we thank all our current children and families for making them feel incredibly welcome.

Children in our school have also been coming together in our school library as book pop ups appeared overnight! The current pop ups on display are: Ecology, Sanctuary & Refuge, Kenyan Safari & Planting! Children from across the school have started to share some home learning they have sparked themselves and begun to ask Miss Calton to create their own school library pop up!

Celebrations

Congratulations to our Stars of the week this week! We are incredibly proud of all of our fabulous superstars this week. Congratulations this week goes to: Mylee, Ava-Lillie, Chinenye, Fleur, Oliver, Riya, Oscar, Lily-Rose, Jack, Ella-Rose, Duwarne, Skye and Ben!

We have had some incredible Postcard Heroes this week! Surprise deliveries landed through the letterboxes of children who have shown our school house values in all that they do, consistently throughout the week. Well done to Isabella and Mohammod!
