KS1 Pantomime:

Oh No It Isn't. Oh Yes It Is... the Key Stage 1 panto!

This week, our KS1, Year R, and Nursery children had an amazing time watching a pantomime performance here in the school hall. The children were introduced to some unforgettable characters, including the mischievous, Evil Queen Rat, Witty, Alice, and Tommy the cat during the performance  of 'Dick Whittington'.

The story unfolded with Evil Queen Rat closing down the family bakery, but luckily Witty stepped in to save the day by retrieving a special cake. The children loved watching the adventure and joining in with the songs and jokes. At the end of the performance, everyone joined in and danced with the characters!

This time next year, it will be the Year 2 cohort who will be off to the Mayflower theatre to enjoy the pantomime on the big stage!
