A large box arrived at nursery and we had to guess what was inside!

We guessed lions, dinosaurs, a cat, a man and many more wonderful imaginative ideas! Do you know what was in the box? It was everything ‘Christmassy’ and we were so excited! 

We have decorated the nursery with snowflakes, tinsel, baubles and a Christmas tree. Do you know what? Our tree is the same size as our grownup Sam!

As we decorated our tree we sang 'Here we go round the Christmas tree, the Christmas tree, the Christmas tree, here we go round the Christmas tree on a cold and foggy morning.’  We were allowed to decorate the tree too…eek!

Do you think it looks pretty in our house? The nursery grownups explained that the nursery tree is special so children can touch and decorate but we know that at home this may not be allowed and we should check with grown ups first about how we can help decorate at home too.
